Dress Regulations
Mulwala Water Ski Club’s dress regulations apply to all members and guests entering Club premises and while in general areas of Club facilities. In order to maintain the high standard of our Club, we kindly ask patrons to adhere to our dress rules.
Strictly Not Permitted at Any Time
- Bare feet
- Swimwear
- Offensive t-shirts
- Football shorts
- Short shorts or bike shorts
- Training apparel
Not Permitted After 6.00pm
- Singlets or muscle shirts
- Overalls, hats, caps, and tracksuits
Dress Code Standard
Appearance must be clean, neat, and tidy at all times. The management’s decision is final in all matters relating to dress rules.
Under 18’s Ski Club House Policy
If you are bringing a minor to the Ski Club who isn’t your child, the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing defines a responsible adult as:
- A parent or guardian of the minor;
- The minor’s spouse or any person who ordinarily lives with the minor on a permanent and domestic basis, or
- A person who, for the time being, is exercising the right of the minor’s parent.
Anyone under 18 years of age must be under the constant care of their parent, guardian, or responsible adult. Children are strictly not allowed in bar service or gaming areas. If unsure, please refer to the signage or ask a staff member for guidance.
Customer Care Medical Emergency Information
- First Aid trained employees are available during operating hours.
- An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is situated at the Club Reception.
- First Aid Equipment can be found at both the Club Reception and Cashiers.
- Regular maintenance of first aid equipment is ensured.
Children Under 18
No Excuses!
- Intoxicated
- Violent
- Argumentative
- Disorderly
- Smoking on premises
- Suspected of possing drugs
If you are asked to leave, you must:
- leave the venue immediately
- leave the vicinity of the premises (more than 50 metres)
- not re-enter or attempt to re-enter the premises within 24 hours
- not re-entre the vicinity of the premises for six hours
If you don’t comply, you’re committing a crime.
Under 25?
- Fines of up to $2,200 can apply
Acceptable forms of ID:
- Driver or rider licence or permit issued in Australia or another country
- NSW Digital Driver Licence
- Australian or other passport
- Recognised Proof of Age card
- Australia Post Keypass
- Keypass in Digital ID
Note: only the Keypass (over 18) identity card can be accepted as evidence of age
