See the teams and join in the fun as the World Show Ski Championships are officially opened. Some skiing will be performed and the all-important seeding order will be announced.

Note: Teams will be staying for meals afterwards and this part is not open to the public. It will be a ski show-like event with teams being introduced … lots to see and enjoy!

Thursday 19th March – (5.30pm-7pm)

IWWF World Swivel Ski Championships
at Max Kirwan Water Ski Park – entry $2

On Thursday, come out to the newly refurbished Max Kirwan Water Ski Park for a 7pm start. See the best swivel skiers compete to be crowned, the first-ever World Swivel Ski Champion.
It’s ballet on ski’s. To become a proficient swivel skier takes many hours of practice to develop core strength and sheer ability … you’ll see 760 pirouettes, toe holds (no hands) …
Following the completion fo the competition at 9pm — the night moves to the after-party on the Malibu Deck at the Mulwala Water Ski Club.

Day 1: Saturday 21st March – (8.30pm-4pm)

IWWF World Show Ski Championships
at Max Kirwan Water Ski Park – entry $2

The first round of the World Show Ski Championships kicks off at 7.45am. Teams will be competing for 1 x hour at a time, with an interval in between. Last show ends at 4pm. All 4 shows are unique, display their most awesome & new tricks and will, absolutely have you glued to your seats … all you need to do is slip on a hat, slap on sunscreen, bring a chair-rug, stomp and clap loudly (& even louder for the Aussies!) and enjoy!
Seriously, you don’t want to miss this event.

Day 2: Sunday 22nd March – (8.30pm-4pm)

IWWF World Show Ski Championships

Round 2 — sees the 4 teams ski off in seeded order from the day before … with each team having tweaked their performances (to be even better), they will be going all out for the win. It’s sure to impress even the most hard core fans. Cheer on your team, shop the merchandise and vendors onsite, whilst enjoy a bite to eat from the food vans.
*It’s an incredible Sunday of action.

Finale: Sunday 22nd March – (6.30pm till late)

Closing Ceremony
at Mulwala Water Ski Club — Party on the Malibu Deck, entry $20

The week if serious hardcore skiing culminates at the Closing “Awards” Ceremony! The Mulwala Water Ski Club will host all the teams to a sit-down formal dinner and will be presented with their awards. For everyone else, the night kicks off at 6.30pm with drinks on the ‘Malibu Deck’ — plenty of music and food available. Entry to the Malibu ‘Party’ Deck is $20 which gives you room to view the awards as well as access to party with the teams after formalities finish. We can’t wait to see you there!
