Maintenance Officer
Maintenance Officer Position Now Available!!
Join the Mulwala Water Ski Club Maintenance Team and play a key role in creating memorable guest experience ensuring that property, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained. We’re after an energetic, dependable individual to contribute as part of a dynamic team.
About the Role:
- Assist in executing preventative, planned, and reactive maintenance across park buildings, utilities, and common areas
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and handle emergency repairs
- Conduct routine inspections, record maintenance logs, and support scheduled servicing
- Support groundskeeping duties: mowing, weeding, litter pickup, painting, general upkeep
- Assist with minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, irrigation and maintenance tasks

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong practical, technical skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and Groundskeeping
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates or willingness to obtain
- Understanding of Work Health & Safety Regulations and Risk Management
- Proven experience in a service-based industry
- Valid Driver’s Licence and MR Bus Licence
- Good communication, a service mindset and flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required
- Ability to work proactively and unsupervised under management direction

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests
- Mixing, serving and presenting drinks to a high standard
- Ensuring the bar area is clean, well-stocked and organised
- Engaging with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Working alongside a supportive team to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- A co-do attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
- Have or be willing to obtain RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certification (NSW)
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
- A team player with a friendly, positive demeaner
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential

The Mulwala Water Ski Club is looking for reliable and friendly Courtesy Bus Drivers to provide safe and convenient transport for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport guests to and from the Club, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting passengers with a friendly attitude
- Maintain a clean and well-kept bus
- Ensure adherence to traffic regulations and Club policies
What We’re Looking For:
- A current and valid full driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A positive, professional attitude and a passion for customer service
- Ideally available to work at least one weekend a month
- Must have or be willing to obtain RSA and RCG certification (NSW)
