Ski Club Holiday Park Rules & Regulations
- Arrival and Departure
- Check-in is from 2:00pm; (12.00pm for powered sites) check-out is by 10:00am
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
- All guests must register and pay at the Ski Club Holiday Park Office before entering the park.
- Cabin and Site Condition
- Please leave your cabin or site clean and tidy as you found it.
- Additional cleaning charges ($100.00) will apply if extra cleaning is required.
- Bookings and Deposits
- All cabin and site bookings require a 1-night deposit to confirm.
- A receipt will be issued once payment is received.
- Full payment is required 2 weeks before arrival. (Automatically deducted from the Credit Card on file.)
- Booking Changes
- Bookings are non-transferable.
- Changing dates, guest numbers, or booking details may result in cancellation.
- The original booking details are final.
- Cancellation Policy
- A $20 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
- No refunds are given if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
- No refunds are given for reduction in guest numbers or length of stay.
- Visitors
- Guests are responsible for their visitors’ behaviour and parking.
- A fee applies for visitors using park facilities or staying overnight—payable in advance.
- Occupancy Limits
- Maximum of 7 people per cabin or site (including children).
- A maximum of 4 adults per cabin.
- Any extra guests must report to the office and pay upon arrival; failure to do so will incur a $20 fee.
- Vehicles
- One vehicle per site.
- Additional vehicles, boats, or trailers must be parked in designated areas and paid for at check-in.
- Children
- Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times, especially in playgrounds and toilets.
- Bicycles
- Bikes may be ridden during daylight hours only, and helmets must be worn.
- This is a shared zone – please ride safely.
- Grass Care
- To protect our lawns, only shade cloth or breathable mats may be used on powered sites.
- Vehicles and caravans must not park on synthetic grass.
- Valuables
- Please secure your belongings. The park takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
- Shared Facilities
- BBQs, toilets, and the camp kitchen must be left clean and ready for the next guest.
- Please do not leave personal items or rubbish behind.
- Noise and Behaviour
- All music and noise must stop by 11:00pm.
- Abusive language, threatening behaviour, or violence will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
- Speed Limit
- The park speed limit is 10 km/h – walking pace only, with no exceptions.
- Fires, Fireworks, and Pets
- No fires or fireworks are permitted.
- No pets allowed from October to April.
- Recreational Activities
- Guests participate in any recreational activities at their own risk in accordance with the Civil Liability Act 2002.
- Water Safety
- Do not dive, jump or run into the water. Always take care, as the water level varies and is a shared zone for swimmers, boats, and watercraft.
- Camp Kitchen Hours
- The camp kitchen is locked between 9:30pm and 8:00am daily.
- Management Rights
- Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to refuse entry or evict guests who breach them.
- Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted in any of the accommodation at the Mulwala Water Ski Club Holiday Park. If it becomes evident that smoking inside has occurred an additional cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Damage to Park Facilities and Property
- If park facilities and property are damaged by you or your visitors/guests during your stay, Management reserves the right to pass on the cost for repairs to the guest named on the booking.
