The Board of the Mulwala Water Ski Club (MWSC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kaitlyn Cummins to fill a casual vacancy on the Board, effective from the February Board Meeting.

Kaitlyn is the founder of The Play Projects, bringing with her significant business acumen, strategic insight and leadership experience. Her professional background in building and leading purpose-driven initiatives will be a valuable asset as
the Club continues to strengthen its governance, community engagement and long term strategic direction.
A passionate supporter of water skiing, Kaitlyn and her husband Marcus are actively involved in the Club, with their four children currently participating in the MWSC Water Ski Team. Her connection as both a parent and supporter provides a strong understanding of the member experience and the importance of developing the next generation of skiers.

The Board looks forward to Kaitlyn’s contribution and welcomes her to the leadership team as we continue to build a strong and sustainable future for our Club.
