About the role
You will be responsible for:
- HR administration and staff support
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Award interpretation and employee records
- Training coordination and compliance
- WHS administration and support
We’re looking for someone with great attention to detail, strong communication skills, initiative, confidentiality, and experience in HR and payroll. Experience in clubs, hospitality or tourism will be highly regarded.

Food & Beverage Attendants

Are you a friendly, energetic individual with a passion for hospitality? The Mulwala Water Ski Club is looking for dedicated Food & Beverage Attendants to join our vibrant and positive team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests
- Mixing, serving and presenting drinks to a high standard
- Ensuring the bar area is clean, well-stocked and organised
- Engaging with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Working alongside a supportive team to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- A co-do attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
- Have or be willing to obtain RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certification (NSW)
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
- A team player with a friendly, positive demeaner
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential

Courtesy Bus Drivers Required – Join Our Team at Mulwala Water Ski Club!
The Mulwala Water Ski Club is looking for reliable and friendly Courtesy Bus Drivers to provide safe and convenient transport for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport guests to and from the Club, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting passengers with a friendly attitude
- Maintain a clean and well-kept bus
- Ensure adherence to traffic regulations and Club policies
What We’re Looking For:
- A current and valid full driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A positive, professional attitude and a passion for customer service
- Ideally available to work at least one weekend a month
- Must have or be willing to obtain RSA and RCG certification (NSW)
